Cancelling a booking
30 days or more before departure: full refund of the land package. Between 30 and 15 days: 50% of the land package. Inside 15 days: no refund of the land package.
The air component follows the airline's own fare rules, which are usually stricter. We show them on your quotation before you pay so there is no surprise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation. We will tell you the exact figure in writing before processing.
Visa refusals
If a visa we filed is refused, we refund the land package in full less any non-refundable supplier deposits already paid, and we itemise those deposits for you. The visa fee itself belongs to the issuing government and cannot be refunded.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure for any reason other than force majeure, you receive a full refund of everything paid to us, including the visa filing fee.
How to cancel
Email inquiry@gochhutti.com from the address on your booking. The cancellation takes effect on the date and time we receive it, which we confirm back to you in writing.
